KRISO에서는 노르웨이 FROSIO 감독관 자격증 과정을 준비하여 이번 달 교육기관 유치에 성공하였습니다.
이에 이번 11월 경 첫 국내 시험을 준비하고 있습니다.
이번 시험의 모집 인원은 총 16명이며, 520 만원의 시험 요금을 모두 국비로 지원합니다.

쉽지 않은 과정이나 그에 따른 혜택 또한 아주 많습니다.
우선은 국내 / 해외의 에퀴노르 프로젝트의 선주 감독관으로 취업이 가능합니다.
이번 시험에서 합격할 경우 노르웨이 감독관 리스트에 올려지며, 전 세계의 에퀴노르 프로젝트 감독관으로 취업이 가능합니다.
현, FROSIO의 도장 감독관에 비해 보온 감독은 2%밖에 되지 않습니다.
따라서 보온 선주감독관의 취업이 가능합니다.

이번 년도에 에퀴노르 위스팅 프로젝트와 베이두노드 프로젝트가 거제에서 수행됩니다.
FROSIO LV3 자격이 있는 경우 감독관으로 들어가게 됩니다. LV2의 경우 품질관리 부서입니다.
감독관은 자격이 없으면 취업 자체가 되지 않습니다. 국내 LV3 가진 사람은 아직 몇 명 되지 않습니다.
KRISO는 국내 교육기관으로 승인을 받았으므로 감독관 취업에 대하여 어느 정도 가이드를 제공할 수 있습니다.
또한 앞으로 아시아의 모든 나라에 FROSIO 자격증 강사로 활동 할 수 있습니다.
(IIC LV3는 감독은 KRISO에서 진행하는 해외 교육의 강사로 진출하게 됩니다.)

문제는 교육 및 시험에 합격해야 합니다.

FROSIO교육은 2주(10일)간 진행됩니다.
시험은 마지막 날 4시간(이론) / 4시간(실기)로 치러지게 되며, FROSIO노르웨이에서 감독이 와서 입회 하게 됩니다.
66점 이상 합격이며, 5년 이상의 감독 또는 보온 경력이 입증되면 LV3를 받고, 경력이 없으면 LV2를 받게 됩니다.
여기서 중요한 것이 시험의 합격이 쉽지는 않습니다.
본 시험은 감독관 취업을 FROSIO에서 보장하는 것이라 영어가 기본적으로 되어야 합니다.
시험 문제는 영어로 되어 있습니다. 물론 영어사전을 볼 수 있으나 기초적인 문장 이해는 되어야 합니다.

따라서 이번 FROSIO교육은 별도의 스터디 그룹을 만들어 시험에 통과할 수 있도록 사전 연습을 많이 할 예정입니다.
저희 또한 최선을 다해 모두가 합격할 수 있도록 도와드릴 예정입니다.
다만 시험 자체를 저희가 관여할 수 없으며, 시험 문제 또한 노르웨이에서 가져옵니다.
때문에 아주 낮은 합격율이 될 것 같습니다.

KRISO succeeded in attracting educational institutions this month by preparing for the Norwegian FROSIO supervisor certification course.
Therefore, we are preparing for our first domestic exam around this November.
A total of 16 people are recruited for this exam, and the test fee of 5.2 million won is all supported by the government.

It is not an easy process, but there are also many benefits that come with it.
First of all, it is possible to get a job as a shipowner's supervisor for domestic/overseas Equinor projects.
If you pass this exam, you will be placed on the list of inspectors in Norway, and you will be able to get a job as an Equinor project inspector around the world.
Currently, compared to painting supervisors in FROSIO, insulation supervision is only 2%.
Therefore, it is possible to get a job as a thermal insulation shipowner's supervisor.

This year, the Equinor Whisting Project and the Beydunode Project will be carried out in Geoje.
If you qualify for FROSIO LV3, you will enter the Superintendent. For LV2, this is the quality control department.
Supervisors cannot be employed unless they are qualified. There are still a few people with LV3 in Korea.
Since KRISO is accredited as a domestic educational institution, it can provide some guidance for supervisor employment.
You can also work as a FROSIO certified instructor in any country in Asia in the future.
(In IIC LV3, the director will advance as an instructor for overseas education conducted by KRISO.)

Questions must pass training and exams.

FROSIO training is held for 2 weeks (10 days).
The exam will be held for 4 hours (theory) / 4 hours (practical) on the last day, and a supervisor from FROSIO Norway will attend.
Passing with a score of 66 or higher, with 5 or more years of supervisory or warming experience proven to receive LV3, and no experience to receive LV2.
The important thing here is that passing the exam is not easy.
English is required for this exam as FROSIO guarantees the position of a supervisor.
The exam questions are in English. Of course, you can see an English dictionary, but you must understand basic sentences.

Therefore, in this FROSIO education, we will create a separate study group and practice a lot in advance so that we can pass the exam.
We will do our best to help everyone pass.
However, we cannot take part in the exam itself, and the exam questions are also imported from Norway.
So, the pass rate is likely to be very low.

Priority will be given to those who have previously taken the Exemplar Global exam.
Many people will take this exam, but only 16 will be selected and all will be rejected.

If you have basic English, warm experience, and comprehension skills, we recommend that you take the challenge as a supervisor.
